Changling

There has been a change; signs subtle
yet unmistakable to those who are close

Some slight, slightly-sly smiles
suddenly crossing the mouth

“Yes” instead of the usual “No”
or “No” instead of the usual “Yes”

New-found interests; running off and
diving into bright, unfamiliar waters

  1. Someone got their anti-depression meds :) I'm sure those close to me watched me go through these changes.

  6. I didn't take the changes as bad when I read. They can be good, too, couldn't they? Oh, and thanks for your input over at my place :)

  7. It is exciting to discover something new and different. Whether it is good or bad in the long run... only time will tell.

  8. mmm, it's strange how we can be so afraid of change, how it can shock us or take us by surprise. Yet it's always there. in this life the only constant is change.
