Lady Of The Night (55)

She was a melting Jezebel
The original crime-less victim

A witch who dropped her wand
Had lost her magic; powerless

No rhythm in her steps
Nor music in her soul

But always looking
For a new dance partner

Always wanting to make
New memories to help her

Forget the painful past
Replace them, erase them

  10. Can't erase the past, or forget it. But you can make new memories that lay across old wounds like fresh skin.
