Everything that’s great or small
is just part of one bill ALL
You and I just make one pair
Regardless of the when or where
Two lips make just one mouth, true
and four lips make just one kiss too
Even adding tongues and teeth
It’s still just one kiss underneath
Heart and soul, love and mind
Each entwined in One, you’ll find
Foot to shoe and hand to glove
One by one they push and shove
All the people, far and near
Watch the same sun disappear
All the stars in all the skies
make one image in my eyes
When everything is said and done
the sum of the universe is One
I've never heard it put that way. I love that perspective. Very insightful! It was quite rhythmic to read, as well.

ReplyDeleteThis was terrific, Eric. Doing the math - you are so right. We are One.
