A New "Frost"

A proud poppa
Watching his child’s first timid, awkward steps
His place in the world grows
With each placement of heel and toes
To carry on afterward, reaping what he sows

Another example of my new poetry form, Frost.
This one uses a word count rather than syllables.
The rhyme scheme is A-B-C-C-C.
