Escapades & Dalliances

(Basically just some miscellaneous debris)

Those who’ve sold
Their souls for gold
Will surely get their money’s worth
When they depart this poor old Earth

Why is finding ease so difficult when difficulties are so easy to find?

What’s worse? The promise of a threat, or the threat of a promise?

People who are united in struggling towards a common goal
often have much less unity once their goal has been achieved.

Here's an offer you can’t refuse.
Here’s a refusal you can’t offer.

You’ll never be as young as you are right now.

So many poems
and so much rhyme.
So many poets
and so little time.

  3. I couldn't put these all together into a single coherent train of thought, so I just let them out to take a bow, one by one, then stand on their own.
