Too
much time in sorrow
Too
much hurt and anger
Too
little time for happiness
But
that’s the cold, hard truth of it
Trouble
seems to linger
While
joys slip quickly by
So
make the most of your pleasure
And
reap fully every joy
Do
not dwell on anger
Do
not give it your time
For
it takes more than it deserves
With
or without our permission
Do
not pay attention
When
hurt demands more time
Be
stingy with sadness
But
generous with joy
And
tip the scales in your favor
Every
single time you can
